Author Guidelines
The following guidelines are intended to assist authors in preparing and submitting manuscripts to the journal.
1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted
The journal accepts the following categories of submissions:

2. Manuscript Preparation
a) Language
Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Authors are encouraged to proofread their papers for grammar and technical clarity before submission.
b) Formatting

Preferred format: MS Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX

Font: Times New Roman, Size 12

Line spacing: 1.5
-
Margins: 1 inch on all sides

Length: Typically 6–15 pages (may vary depending on article type)
c) Structure of the Paper
Manuscripts should include the following sections:

Title (concise and informative)

Author Names and Affiliations

Abstract (150–250 words)

Keywords (4–6 keywords)

Introduction
-
Literature Review (if applicable)
-
Methodology / Proposed Model
-
Results and Discussion

Conclusion and Future Work

3. Abstract and Keywords
-
The abstract should clearly state the research objective, methodology, major findings, and key conclusions.

Avoid citations in the abstract.

Provide 4–6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
4. Figures, Tables & Equations

Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively and properly cited in the text.

Provide high-resolution images (300 dpi minimum).
-
Equations should be clearly formatted and numbered sequentially.
-
All symbols must be defined upon first use.
5. Referencing Style

Authors should follow IEEE referencing style (preferred) or a consistent scientific citation format.

All references must be cited in the text.
-
Ensure accuracy of DOIs, volume numbers, and page numbers.
6. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system or official email.

Authors should include a cover letter stating the originality of the work and confirming that it is not under consideration elsewhere.

Provide corresponding author contact details.
7. Plagiarism Policy
-
Similarity index should generally be below 15–20% (excluding references).
-
Proper citation and paraphrasing are mandatory.
-
Plagiarized manuscripts will be rejected immediately.
8. Review Process

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process.
-
Review time typically ranges from 2–4 weeks (may vary).

Authors may be asked to revise the manuscript based on reviewer comments.
9. Article Processing Charges (APC)
If applicable, details regarding publication charges will be communicated upon acceptance. Fee waivers may be considered in special cases.
10. Copyright & Licensing
Upon acceptance, authors may be required to sign a copyright transfer or licensing agreement. Authors must ensure that submitted work does not infringe any existing copyright.
