Policies
1. Peer Review Policy
The journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness, objectivity, and academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant domain. The identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Editorial decisions are based on originality, technical quality, clarity, significance, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
2. Originality & Plagiarism Policy
Authors must submit only original and unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere. All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. Papers with significant similarity (generally above acceptable academic limits) will be rejected immediately. Proper citation and acknowledgment of prior work are mandatory.
3. Ethical Standards
The journal adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics standards. Authors must ensure:
-
No fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data.
-
Proper acknowledgment of funding sources.
-
Disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest.
-
Ethical approval for research involving human participants or animals, where applicable.
4. Authorship Policy
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the research, including conceptualization, methodology, experimentation, analysis, or manuscript preparation. All co-authors must approve the final version before submission. Changes in authorship after submission require written consent from all authors.
5. Open Access Policy
The journal may operate under an open access model, allowing readers worldwide to access published articles freely. Authors may be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC), if applicable. The journal ensures global visibility and accessibility of published research.
6. Copyright Policy
Upon acceptance, authors may be required to transfer copyright to the publisher or grant a publishing license. Authors retain the right to use their published work for academic and research purposes with proper citation.
7. Withdrawal & Retraction Policy
Authors may request withdrawal before final acceptance. After publication, articles may be retracted in cases of proven misconduct, ethical violations, plagiarism, or serious errors that affect the validity of findings. Retraction statements will be issued transparently.
8. Archiving & Indexing Policy
The journal ensures long-term digital preservation of published content through archiving systems. Indexing in academic databases will depend on compliance with database requirements and quality standards.
